Here at Little Pink Houses of America™, we are extremely proud to have empowered nearly 100 investors across North America to make a great amount of money in the non-traditional real estate investing space. 

But in the last two years, the housing market shifted. And with it, so did we.

There was not one expert or talking head who predicted there would be a massive shift in the market during the pandemic where values went crazy, favoring sellers and making it significantly harder to find “terms” deals.

But that didn’t matter. No seller was going to give us their property because they felt bad for us. In business, you either evolve or you die. We knew this. 

Instead of bunkering down and waiting for the storm to pass, our company evolved into something better than it ever was. We wanted our students to have the confidence to do any deal no matter the circumstances. This still includes creative financing, but it adds fix and flips, Airbnbs, and long term rental properties. 

Thus, PINK 2.0 was born – a “hybrid” version of the original.

Within the first 90 days of launching PINK 2.0, Little Pink Houses of America’s Jacksonville office put over $1.8 million of real estate under contract using private money. 

In 2022, we invited all of our students to our first ever “Cash Buying Convention.” This was a greatly successful seminar where we instructed how to source OPM to make cash offers and enact our new hybrid strategies.

The “terms” business is far from dead, don’t be fooled. In fact, buying with cash and selling on terms creates one of the most lucrative real estate transactions someone can do.
