What is our Seller's Avatar?

We help sellers who want to sell but might not want to pay all the crazy commissions associated with a traditional sale. Or maybe someone who wants to sell but doesn't think they can afford to sell due to lack of home equity, or they may have even run across some hard times and fallen behind on their mortgage payments. Whatever their circumstance is, we have a solution to fit their problem. The bottom line for sellers is that they make SIGNIFICANTLY more money if they are willing and able to wait 12 months before being fully cashed out. 

What is our Buyer's Avatar?

We have a niche that we specialize in, and that is our PINK Purchase® Lease-to-Own Homes Program. We are targeting the buying masses, understanding that they may not be qualified today. We have a very detailed purchase plan created for our buyers that give them a timeframe to become a successful home buyer. We structure a Lease Purchase around that timeframe. 

However, we not only specialize in Lease Purchase, but we also serve conventional buyers. If you're a qualified buyer and love one of our inventory homes, we transact those deals too! 

So How Does PINK Profit?

We have a buying agreement at price A with our seller and a separate selling agreement at a higher price B with our buyers. We are paid that difference, and we also can build in five profit points (Including the always exciting MONTHLY CASHFLOW) along the way in almost every deal we do. That means you can have multiple income streams in nearly every deal you do!
